retrieve, press the Play/Stop button when the phone is not in
use.
Note: It can record up to 99 messages, depending on the
length of each message. Each message can be up to three
minutes in length. The total recording time is approximately
25 minutes.
Options during playback:
• Press –Vol or +Vol to adjust the speaker volume.
• Press Next to skip to the next message.
• Press Prev to repeat the message currently playing. Press
Prev twice to listen to the previous message.
• Press X to delete the message playing. The system
advances to the next message.
• Press Play/Stop to stop.
Delete all old messages at the telephone base
Press X twice when the phone is not in use.
Call intercept
If you want to talk to the person whose message is
being recorded, press the Green phone button or
Speakerphone button on the handset.
