Ener
gy-saving charging mode
When this mode is activ
ated, all telephone functions, except handset battery charging,
will be disabled.
To activate the energy-saving charging mode:
1. Unplug the t
elephone base power adapter from the power outlet. Make sure all handsets are
plugged with char
ged batteries before proceeding.
2. Whil
e you

ess and hold
/HAND
SET LOCATOR, plug the telephone base power adapter
back to the power outlet.
3. A
fter about 20 seconds, when the
I
N USE light starts flashing, release
/
HANDSET LOCATOR
and then press it again within two seconds.
The process takes up to one minute to complete. When the phone successfully enters
the energy-saving charging mode, the IN USE light turns off and all handsets display

When the phone fails to enter this mode, repeat the steps above.

ote: The telephone base will be powered up as normal if you fail to press

HANDSET LOCATOR
within two seconds in Step 3.

o deactivate the energy-saving charging mode:
1. Unplug the t
elephone base power adapter from the power outlet, then plug it back in.
The telephone base is powered up as normal.

egister the handsets back to the telephone base. See
