Message playback
When messages are playing on the handset:
Press
7
CID/VOLUME or
7
DIR/VOLUME to adjust the message
playback volume.
Press SKIP to skip to the next message.
Press REPEAT to repeat the message. Press REPEAT twice to listen to the
previous message.
Press MUTE/DELETE to delete the message.
Press 2 to pause the playback and show the caller ID information.
Press HOME/FLASH, CALL or /SPEAKER to use the home line, or
press CELL 1 or CELL 2 to use the cell line to call back the caller. If
necessary, press # (pound key) or 1 to show different dialing options.
Press OFF/CLEAR or BACK to restart the playback. If you do not call
back within 10 seconds, message playback restarts.
Press HOME/FLASH or CELL 1 or CELL 2 to pause the message
playback. The telephone base screen displays Call back? with the caller
ID information. Press CALL to call back the caller, or BACK to restart the
message playback. If the dialing format used is not correct, then use the
option, as mentioned above, to choose the correct dialing format before
calling back the caller.
Press OFF/CLEAR to stop the playback.
