A QuickConfigDlg pops up prompting whether the Application to be added to the Windows Fire-
wall Exception List. The search for the NetUSB-400i USB Server devices is performed by UDP,
usually the Windows Firewall of XP SP2 (or later) blocks the reception of such data. Therefore
the USBIP Admin Utility offers to add itself to the list of allowed applications. If you use some
other Filter-Software, add the exception in that configuration.

Click on Yes to continue with the Quick Configuration wizard to configure the network setting of
the USB Server.

Pre-configured USB servers can be searched by clicking on the Search button in the USB-Server
Quick Configuration Utility (figure 28). This is not different from the search option described in
