Assistance modalities
Menarini Silicon Biosystems carries out product support
and technical support either directly, by remote access
or through specialized, authorized third part companies,
e.g. distributors.
Assistance or support is activated by a specific request
from the Customer.
The responsibility of maintenance intervention during the
warranty period is on Menarini Silicon Biosystems or its
authorized product support and service providers,
except for replacement of expendable materials.
Product support and service, beyond the initial warranty
period, can be obtained through maintenance or services
contracts from Menarini Silicon Biosystems or its
authorized product support and service providers.
Please contact Menarini Silicon Biosystems or the
authorized provider for terms and conditions.
In the absence of a Service or Maintenance Contract
after the initial warranty period, the Customer is liable for
all costs of repair or maintenance, including, but not
limited to, parts and labor.
Menarini Silicon Biosystems does not guarantee
maintenance and repair results in situations where
products have not been used in conformity with their
intended use and, in particular, in accordance with
instructions in this manual.
