PRT Initial Deep Scrub Cleaner
is the first step in the overall VPI
PRT Flooring Initial Maintenance
System. PRT Initial Deep Scrub
Cleaner meets or exceeds green
industry standards for floor care
products based on its reduced
levels of volatile organic
compounds, biodegradability,
and low toxicity.
Used in conjunction with the VPI
Initial Deep Scrub Pad (gray in
color) it deep cleans, preps, and
conditions any new VPI PRT tile
floor by thoroughly removing
deep down manufacturing
residue and ground in installation
debris.
Deep scrub cleaning, using VPI
PRT Initial Deep Scrub Cleaner
is required before cleaning the
surface of the floor.

EXTREME PERFORMANCE PREPARATORY AGENT
PRT Earthtones, simply the most durable &
beautiful commercial floor on the market today.....
For newly installed VPI PRT tile,
sweep or dust mop the floor to remove
any large debris. Never use oil base
treated dust mops. (See VPI PRT
CLEANER instructions for how to
clean previously installed VPI PRT
tile).
Dilute VPI PRT Initial Deep Scrub
Cleaner (1 part cleaner : 10 parts
water) or 13 oz./gal with cool clean
water and apply liberally to the floor.
Using the VPI Initial Deep Scrub
Pad (gray in color), agitate floor
thoroughly with a low-speed rotary
machine or automatic scrubber.
Approximately 5 passes are
required to properly deep scrub the
floor. Make sure floor remains very
wet.
Pick up the solution with a wet
vacuum, automatic scrubber, or a
mop and bucket. Rinse with clear
water only. Allow floor to dry
completely before starting the surface
cleaning process using VPI PRT
Initial Surface Cleaner in conjunction
with VPI Initial Surface Cleaning
Pads per VPI's written instructions.
NOTE: It is very important to follow
the specific directions for cleaning
VPI PRT TILE. Treating it otherwise,
can negatively impact visual
appearance. IMPORTANT: Never
buff in excess of 375 RPM.
