VPI PRT CLEANER is an integral
component in the overall VPI PRT
System. It is chemically formulated
specifically to clean and enhance floors
treated with our PRT Flex Shield, or
PRT Satin Flex Shield. PRT Cleaner
is the result of ground breaking
research using the latest in
biodegradable detergent compression
technology.
PRT Cleaner’s dynamic properties
have the unique ability to clean,
condition, and neutralize alkalizing
soils and residues while leaving floors
clean and residue free. PRT Cleaner
is designed to maximize the properties
and appearance of PRT Earthtones
tile that have been treated with PRT
Flex Shield, or PRT Satin Flex Shield.
In addition to being the leading
commercial floor cleaner on the market
today, PRT Cleaner is also extremely
economical to use.
PRT Cleaner is gentle enough to be
used to wash any water washable
surface. It can eliminate the use of
several products and can be used in
the hardest of water conditions. Even
in the hardest water, PRT Cleaner will
suspend soil loads you wouldn’t believe
to keep them from re-depositing so
your floors maintain their beautiful
appearance! It’s also a fantastic odor
counteractant. You’ll love it!

PRT CLEANER concentrate should always
be diluted with water as follows:
Light Soils: 1/4 to 1/2 oz. per gallon of
water for damp mopping and general light
soil removal.
Normal Soils: 1 oz. per gallon of water will
remove and suspend soils and stubborn
dirt.
Heavy Soils: 6 oz. to 16 oz. per gallon of
water will emulsify and remove heavy soils
from most surfaces.

NEUTRALIZER CONCENTRATE will
simply amaze you!
FOR PERIODIC MAINTENANCE: Use PRT
Cleaner with an automatic scrubber (or
manual machine) and RED PAD, using
properly diluted PRT Cleaner. Burnish Flex
Shield if desired to increase gloss using
a WHITE PAD. DO NOT BUFF/BURNISH
Satin Flex Shield.
Floor can be recoated with PRT Flex Shield,
or PRT Satin Flex Shield to rejuvenate it as
necessary. Damp mop or automatic scrub
using PRT Cleaner and a red pad. Rinse
with clear water. After assuring that the floor
is dry, clean, and free of residue; apply 1-
2 coats of PRT Flex Shield or PRT Satin
Flex Shield allowing ample dry time.
