3. Check the following values as needed:
• Flight Length to Deflector (Read-only)—
Distance in millimeters from the grid to the
deflector.
• Deflector Gate Width—Distance in millimeters
that the Timed Ion Selector is on.
4. Click OK to exit.
Instrument
configuration
To check the instrument configuration:
1. In the Instrument Control Panel, select Hardware
Configuration from the Instrument menu.
2. Click the Instrument tab to display the Instrument page
(Figure 2-19).
