High voltage
configuration
To check high voltage configuration:
1. In the Instrument Control Panel, select Hardware
Configuration from the Instrument menu.
2. Click the High Voltage tab to display the High Voltage
page (Figure 2-17).

3. Check the following values as needed:
• Maximum Accelerating Voltage—Maximum
value in volts that the Accelerating Voltage is
configured (25,000 V).
• Polarity Switch Delay (Read-only)—Time
(seconds) that the high voltage power supply waits
between switching from positive to negative
polarity.
