Troubleshooting
Power won’t turn on
Is the AC adapter connected to the rear panel DC9V jack?
Is the AC adapter connected to an AC outlet?
Could the AC outlet be faulty?
Could the AC adapter be malfunctioning?
Are the negative and positive orientation of the batteries
correct?
Are the batteries charged?
Is the cable connected to the INPUT terminal correctly?
No sound
Is your instrument correctly connected to the DelayLab’s
INPUT jack?
Could the cable be broken?
Could the volume be turned down on the instrument
that’s connected to the INPUT jack?
With the KILL DRY function enabled, is the Effect off
(bypass)?
Loop won’t play back
Is the value of INTENSITY (loop level) low?
When the lifespan of the batery is short
Is the setting of the battery type correct? Select either
alkaline battery or nickel metal-hydride battery. (Page 14
“Setting the battery type”)
Effects aren’t heard
Is the effect turned on?
Is MIX assigned to the pedal that’s connected to the
CONTROL PEDAL jack?
Something is wrong with the sound
Check the effect settings.
Using the pedals, buttons, selectors, or knobs
does not change the sound
Could the effect be turned off?
Could the Key Lock function be enabled?
Power turns off unexpectedly
The DelayLab is equipped with an auto power-off
function that automatically turns off the power (low-
power consumption mode) when the unit hasn’t been
used for 4 hours. If you want to disable the Auto Power-
Off function, please refer to “Disabling the auto power-off
function” on Page 9.
