Use of the Microphone Stand
You can screw a standard market-sold microphone stand into the 3/8-
inch microphone stand screw-hole on the boom of this unit to adjust
to the ideal height for use as a monitor.
Usage Conditions
Make sure that you fully understand the following information to ensure
that you use this product correctly.
• Use the microphone stand at a height of 120 cm (approximately 3.94 )
or lower (see illustration). If you use the stand at any greater height,
the system may tip over and cause injury or damage.
• Open the tripod legs at least 63 cm (approximately 2.07 ) apart (see
illustration). If the legs are any closer together, the system may tip
over and cause injury or damage.
• Do not use the microphone stand in an unstable location or on a slope.
If you use the stand on an unstable location, it may tip over and cause
injury or damage.
• Carefully route the cables that are connected to the SOUNDBOX mini
to keep them out of the way. If someone trips over a cable, the system
may tip over and cause injury or damage.
• Do not place anything on the SOUNDBOX mini that is mounted on
the speaker stand. The object may fall down, or the stand may tip over
and cause injury or damage.
• Do not install in a way that the center of gravity is tilted, such as using
a boom, etc.
The stand may tip over and cause injury or damage.
When using while attached to a microphone stand,
pay attention to the following matters.
• Be careful not to pinch your ngers.
• Do not tilt the stand with the SOUNDBOX mini mounted on it.
• Never change the height of the stand while the SOUNDBOX mini is
mounted on it.
• Make sure that the height from the oor to the boom of the SOUND-
BOX mini (see illustration) is 120 cm (approximately 3.94 ) or less.
• Do not use when aached to a stand in a location where there is heavy
vibration or strong wind.
