Electronic Climate Control ECC (option)

AUTO

The AUTO function regulates climate control so

that the selected temperature is attained. The

automatic function controls heating, air condition-

ing, fan speed, recirculation and air distribution.

If you select one or more functions manually, the

other functions continue operating automatically.

All manual settings are switched off when AUTO is switched on.

Temperature

The two knobs can be used to set the temperature for

the passenger and driver’s sides of the car. Remember

that it will not heat or cool any quicker even if you

select a higher or lower temperature than you wish to

have in the passenger compartment.

Defroster - windscreen and

side windows

Use this button to quickly remove misting and

ice from the windscreen and side windows. The

air flows to the windows at high fan speed. The

LED in the defroster button lights when this

function is activated. The air conditioning system is now controlled so

that the air is maximally dehumidified. The air is not recirculated.

door mirrors

Use this button to quickly remove misting and ice

from the rear window and door mirrors. See

page 45 for more information about this function.
