Apply clean engine oil to the valve bridges and camshaft
lobes. Using tool 9998255, hoist the rocker arm assembly
into place. Make sure that the valve bridges and the
rocker arms are correctly positioned in relation to each
other.

Using the crossover pattern, tighten the rocker arm shaft
bolts until the rocker arm shaft bottoms out against
the bearing housings.
CAUTION
Gradually tighten the rocker arm shaft to avoid
distorting the shaft.
