5. The FFT result appears. The horizontal scale changes from time to frequency,

and the vertical scale from voltage to dB or RMS.

6. To move the FFT waveform vertically,

press Vertical repeatedly until Div is

selected. Use the Variable knob to

change the vertical scale.

7. To select the vertical scale of an FFT

waveform, press Vertical repeatedly until

dB is selected. Use the Variable knob to

8. To select the vertical scale of an FFT

rms waveform, use the VOLTS/DIV knob

to change the vertical scale. The scale

will be shown in the Vertical soft-key.
