j) Optical interface
An optically isolated interface is located at the top of the meter. It serves to transfer data to a computer for further
processing.
The data connection with a free USB interface of your computer can be established with data cable included in the
delivery.

10. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
1. Insert the CD into the CD-ROM of your computer.
2. The installation will start automatically. If not, please go to your CD-ROM directory, and open the installation file
“autorun.exe”.
3. SelectyourdesiredlanguagefromGerman,EnglishandFrench.
4. Followtheinstructionsonthedialogbox,selectthedestinationfortheinstallationandcompletetheinstallation.
5. Forfurtherinformation,pleaserefertotheoperatinginstructionsontheCDprovided.
6. The enclosed software is the Voltsoft standard edition. The standard edition contains standard functions and enables
youtoevaluateandexportdata.Nolicenseisrequiredforthis.Theprofessionalversion(VoltsoftDatalogger,Item
no. 101333) offers advanced features and can be purchased separately.. If you purchase the professional version,
youwillgetthelicensekey.FollowthestepsintheVoltsoftusermanualtregisterandupgradeyoursoftwaretothe
professional version.

and the Internet is connected; or check for the latest Voltsoft update via “http://www.conrad.com”.
