8. LED Statuses
The device status is displayed using two LED indicator lights. The LEDs (2 and 3) are located above the display. A list
of indicator lights and their meanings can be found below.
LED Indicator Light Meaning
ThegreenLED(3)ashes. Themeasuredvalue(s)is/arewithintheconguredlowerandupper
alarm limits.
TheredLED(2)ashes. Memory is full.
Themeasuredvalue(s)exceed(s)theconguredlowerandupper
alarm limits.
In“Startuponkeypress”or“Stoptime”mode,recordinghasbeen
terminated.(Inordertostartrecordingagain,re-congurethedata
logger.)
In“Startuponkeypress”mode,thedataloggerisreadytostartre-
cording.(Tostartrecording,pressandholddownthe“ENTER” button
(8) for a few seconds.)
The red LED (2) glows steadily. Data logger is generating a PDF report.
ThegreenLED(3)ashestwice. Congurationwassuccessful.
Firmware has been updated successfully.
No LED light is on. LEDalarmwasdisabledduringconguration.

a) Remove the protective lm
• Thedisplayhasathinprotectivelmthatprotectsitfromscratchesduringtransport.Removetheprotectivelm
before using the data logger.
b) Inserting the battery
• Beforerstuse,besuretoinsertthesuppliedbatteryintothedatalogger.The“Cleaningandmaintenance”chap-
ter explains how to insert the battery properly in detail.
