Description
Sets or queries the system time.
Syntax

:SYSTem:TIME <hour>,<minute>,<second>
:SYSTem:TIME?

<NR1> Hour, a 2-digit integer 00 to 23.
<NR1> Minute, a 2-digit integer 00 to 59.
<NR1> Second, a 2-digit integer 00 to 59.
