9. Operation
Supply the charger with power. The charger will start with a system test and fan test conrmed by a beep.
Some presets must be made before operating the charger.
To operate the charger, use a knob with press function (2). To select menu items, turn the knob. To conrm the selec-
tion, press the knob. This procedure applies to all settings (system and programme settings).
The setup menus are largely self-explanatory and can be easily set up using predetermined parameters.
a) Main display
The main display shows basic parameters of the currently connected rechargeable battery/rechargeable battery pack.
The main display colour also provides information about the current status:
• Grey background colour = standby
• Blue background colour = charging mode
• Green background colour = rechargeable battery is charged
• Red background colour = discharge mode
