11.2 Clearing fault codes
Shut off the engine before clearing the fault codes.
Before executing this function, make sure the fault codes are retrieved and recorded.
After clearing the fault codes, restart the fault code query to display the faults that are
still present. If any of the displayed fault codes are related to severe problems, please
ndthereasonforthefaultcodeandthenxtheproblem.Youcanthenpermanently
erase the fault codes.
Select[EraseCodes]withbuttons (6)and (7),andthenpresstheOKbutton(2).
