File Information:
Writing: Recording data.
Reading: Playing back data.
data.0.drf: the name of the recorded file. The Max. length of this file is about 1GB. When
recording data length is more than 1GB, it will create next file named data.1.drf, and so on.
When click play back button, it will play back data from the first file (data.0.drf) to the last
file. If you want to read an arbitrary file, please delete the data.drf, and then play back.
Note: Before starting a new recording, change the path and/or rename the file (must be
“ *.drc”), otherwise, the previous recorded file will be over written by the new recorded file.
3.6.2 Pass/Fail
Click “Pass/Fail” in “Utility” menu.
The Pass/Fail window appears:
The Pass/Fail function monitors changes of signals and outputs pass or fail signals by
comparing the input signal with the pre-created mask.
