14. SAVING/LOADING RECHARGEABLE BATTERY DATA
a) Saving Rechargeable Battery Data
Select the function "Memory Save" in the main menu of the charger with
the button "ESC/MODE/STOP" or "DEC".
Conrm the selection by pressing the "START/ENTER" button. The
memory number ashes.
Select one of the 10 memories (0....9) with the button "INC" or "DEC".
When the memory is empty, "NULL" is displayed.
If there already are data in the memory, the display will alternate,
e.g., the rechargeable battery type, rechargeable battery program,
cell number, as well as the charging and discharging current.
Keep the "START/ENTER" button pushed for approx. 3 seconds to start
setting mode. The rechargeable battery type is displayed rst; see gure
on the right.
Briey pushing the "ESC/MODE/STOP" button will take you one step back or out of the setting mode.
Select the rechargeable battery type (LiPo, LiIon, LiFe, LiHv, NiMH, NiCd, Pb) with the "INC" or "DEC" button,
then briey push the "START/ENTER" button.
The following display depends on the rechargeable battery type. A LiPo
rechargeable battery has been selected in the rst step in the gure on the
right (see above).
Briey push the "START/ENTER" button to switch between the respective
available setting options. The respectively adjustable value ashes.
Change the ashing value with the button "INC" or "DEC". Keep the respective button pressed for quick adjust-
ment.
To save the settings, keep the button "START/ENTER" pressed for 3 sec-
onds. The display shows "Saving..." and 3 sound signals are output (if the
sound signals have not been switched off in the setting menu, see chapter
15).
Then the display shows the indication with the ashing memory number again.
The "INC" or "DEC" button selects another memory slot to programme it or change an existing programming.
Briey pushing the "ESC/MODE/STOP" button leaves the setting mode. The charger is in the main menu again.
