Caller ID Display (Answered Calls)
The Answered Caller ID Table feature can store up to
100 (XTSc-IP/MPB1), 250 (MPB2), or 1000 (MPBE) system-wide entries of
the most recently answered calls with caller ID. A station may dial a
unique access code to view the entries, scroll through the entries, and
dial a desired entry back. The table displays the caller ID number and
the identity of the station that answered the call.
This table may be accessed from any user station display phone. Any
Attendant station can delete a table entry, one entry at a time.
Programming provides an option to allow scrolling through Call
Management Tables at either the Station level or at the system level.
To start the review process at the beginning of the table:
Dial [659].
Refer to the table in the next section for navigation instructions.
E911 feature enabled precludes dial 9 access.
