PROGRAMMING STEPS DESCRIPTION

E. Pause Timer

To change this timer, dial an (‘) asterisk and [26] on

the dial pad.

If you have a display phone, you will see the follow-

ing:

1. Enter the one-digit timer value on the dial pad

(i-9) which corresponds to 1 to 9 seconds.

2. When all changes have been made, press the

HOLD button. Confirmation tone will be heard

and the display will now update.

When dialing

sending can be inserted into the number. The length

of the pause is controlled by the pause timer and can

be from 1 to 9 seconds.

The length of the pause is important in both system

and station speed dial numbers.

Default:

By default, the Pause Timer is set at 2

seconds.
