When the message is ready to send:
1 Enter the desired mailbox number or:
❐ [✳] and [✳] to spell a name (1st 4 characters).
❐ [✳] and [4] to send to a guest mailbox.
❐ [✳] and [5] to send to a system distribution list.
❐ [✳] and [7] to send to a personal distribution list (0-9).
2 Press [#] when finished.
