To prepare a message to send:
1 Press [2] to send a message.
2 Record your message after the tone.
3 When finished, press any key to end recording. Once a message is recorded, there are
several options available:
❐ Press [1] if message is okay
❐ Press [2] to listen to the message
❐ Press [3] to cancel the message
❐ Press [4] to append to the message
❐ Press [5] to record the message again
