this is a special type to be used when CCR is to route callers to a specific mailbox. The
DTMF digit used in CCR to reach a mailbox with this type is taken as the leading digit in
the mailbox number. The system waits for the remaining digits to be dialed (based on the
number of digits in a mailbox number from
the PBX Parameters
screen) then routes the
call to that mailbox.
this is a listen only mailbox. Calls to mailboxes with this type hear the mailbox greetings,
and are then disconnected. The mailbox greetings are played in order (greeting 1, greet-
ing 2,
etc.)
this is a listen and reply mailbox. Calls to mailboxes with this type hear the mailbox
greeting, and are then prompted to leave a message.
this is a listen and transfer mailbox. Calls to mailboxes with this type hear the mailbox
greeting, and are then transferred to the extension programmed as attendant for the mail-
box.

with Record 1 Message 1.
