numeric and defines the number of minutes for which a connection will be considered ‘new’.

This tag allows the OpCo to define
whether a switch to the highest prioritised
connection should be made
automatically, or whether the user will be
prompted, or if the user has to connect
and disconnect manually. The possible
values for these tags are Auto, Prompt,
and Manual.
HasSpecialModeChange
boolean When the SwitchingMode is changed from
Off to Auto or Prompt, the LAN and Wi-Fi
connection types will be selected as well.
When the SwitchingMode is changed from
Auto or Prompt to Manual, the LAN and
WLAN connection types will be de-
selected as well.
PromptWhenRoaming
boolean Prompt when roaming.
PromptWhenVpn
boolean Prompt when VPN.
ShowNotifications
boolean This tag defines whether the user will be
notified about a better connection by a
notification above the Vodafone Mobile
Broadband Notification area (‘system tray’)
icon when the switching mode is set to

When in Manual mode, the notification

switching mode is Prompt, because a
separate prompt window will appear
