vCenter Server and Platform Services Controller Deployment Types.
If you install more than one external Platform Services Controller in the same site in vSphere 6.5 and
later, high availability for the Platform Services Controller instances is turned on automatically.
Managing Platform Services Controller Services
You manage Platform Services Controller services from the Platform Services Controller Web interface,
from the vSphere Web Client, or by using one of the available scripts and CLIs.
