N Library is the default main workow category. An Orchestrator server can have additional
custom workow categories.
6 Click Categories.
A list of available workow categories appears.
7 Double-click a workow category to browse the available workows and its subcategories.
Find a Workflow
If you have many workows, you can lter them by a search keyword to nd a specic workow.
Prerequisites
Verify that you have congured at least one Orchestrator server to work with the same Single Sign-On
instance to which both the vCenter Server and vSphere Web Client are pointing. You must also ensure that
Orchestrator is registered as a vCenter Server extension. You register Orchestrator as a vCenter Server
extension when you specify a user account that has the necessary privileges to manage
vCenter Serverextensions. For more information, see Installing and Conguring VMware vRealize Orchestrator.
Procedure
1 In the object navigator, click vRealize Orchestrator.
2 Click .
3 In the Filter text box, type a search term or the name of the workow that you are searching for.
A list displays the workows that contain the search term in the workow name or description.
Scheduling Workflows
You can create tasks to schedule workows, edit scheduled tasks, suspend scheduled tasks, and resume
suspended scheduled tasks.
Schedule a Workflow
You can schedule a workow to run at a specied time. You can also set the recurrence for a scheduled
workow.
Prerequisites

3 Right-click the workow that you want to schedule and select Schedule a .
4 Provide the required workow parameters.
5 Click Start/Schedule.
