8 (Optional) Select Schedule to congure the workow to run at a specied time.
a In the Task name text box, type the name of the scheduled task.
b (Optional) In the Description text box, type a description of the scheduled task.
c Schedule the date and time of the workow run.
d Specify the recurrence options.

View Information About Workflow Runs
You can view information about the workow runs for each connected Orchestrator server. The available
information includes the workow name, start and end date, state of the workow, and the user who started
the workow.
Prerequisites

Verify that you have congured at least one Orchestrator server to work with the same Single Sign-On
instance to which both the vCenter Server and vSphere Web Client are pointing. You must also ensure
that Orchestrator is registered as a vCenter Serverextension. You register Orchestrator as a
vCenter Server extension when you specify a user account that has the necessary privileges to manage
vCenter Server extensions. For more information, see Installing and Conguring
VMware vRealize Orchestrator.

Run an Orchestrator workow.
Procedure
1 In the object navigator, click vRealize Orchestrator.
2 Click vRO Servers.
A list of the available vRealize Orchestrator servers appears.
3 Click a vRealize Orchestrator server, and click the Monitor tab.
The list of workow runs appears.
What to do next
You can review the list of workow runs, cancel a running workow, or respond to a workow that requires
interaction.
View Information About the Runs of a Specific Workflow
You can view information about the runs of a single workow such as start and end date, state of the
workow, and user who has started the workow.
