ceip - describes joining the
VMware Customer
Experience Improvement
Program (CEIP)

Required only if you are deploying a vCenter Server Appliance with an embedded
vCenter Single Sign-On or a Platform Services Controller appliance.
Note If set to true, you must run the CLI deployment command with the --
acknowledge-ceip argument.
