Upgrading vCenter Server 6.0 on Windows
You upgrade a vCenter Server instance with an embedded Platform Services Controller in one step.
When you upgrade a vCenter Server with an external Platform Services Controller on Windows, you
upgrade the instance in two steps.
1 First you upgrade the Platform Services Controller instance to version 6.5.For upgrade steps, see

2 Next you upgrade the vCenter Server instance to version 6.5. For upgrade steps, see Upgrade
