With authorizations you can manage the permissions of users and user groups over elements of specic
types.

Create an Authorization Element
You can create an authorization element to provide dierent permissions to users or user groups over
elements or specic type.
Procedure
1 From the drop-down menu in the Orchestrator client, select Administer.
2 Click the Authorizations view.
3 Right-click within the left pane and select Create Authorization.
4 In the Name text box, type a name for the element.
5 Click Not set and search for an LDAP user group.
6 (Optional) In the Description text box, type a description of the element.
7 Click Submit to create the element.
The authorization element appears in the list of authorizations.

Edit the conguration of the authorization element.
Configure an Authorization Element
You can congure references and permissions for an authorization element.
Prerequisites
Verify that you have created an authorization element.
