TheStage ManagerWebconsoleincludestheseareasandoperations:
Services–ShowstheITdeliverablesthatenablebusinessprocesses.The
capabilitiesofservicesareprimarilydeliveredinaproduction‐levelcontext.A
servicehasaServiceLevelAgreement(SLA)associatedwithit,andthe
maintenanceofthatserviceisapriority.
AserviceinStage Managercontainsvirtualconfigurations.Avirtual
configurationcontainsvirtualmachinesandresideseitherinastageoftheservice
lifecycleortheservicearchive.

Lifecycle–Showsthestagesofaservice.AstageisthephaseoftheITlifecycle
(forexample,developmentoruseracceptancetesting).Thecopiesofvirtual
configurationsineachstagereflecttheprogressionoftheapplicationtoward
theproduction‐levelcontext.

occurimmediately(synchronously).Duringanasynchronousoperationthatcan
takeanextendedperiodoftime,youcanperformothertasksintheWebconsole
andreturntotheactivitylogtocheckthestatus.
