Configuring HP RGS in View Administrator
First,ensurethattheViewConnectionServerRDPtunnelisturnedoff.
To verify that the tunnel is turned off
1FromwithintheViewAdministrator,clickConfiguration.
2 SelectServersandselecttheserveryouwanttoconfigure.
3ClickEdit.
4IntheEditServerSettingsdialog,verifythattheDirectconnectiontodesktop
checkboxisselected.
To configure HP RGS
1Fromwithinthe
ViewAdministrator,clickDesktopsandPools.
2 SelecttheremotedesktoponwhichyouwanttoenableHPRGSandselect
Edit > DesktopPoolSettings.
3FromtheDefaultdisplayprotocollist,selectHPRGS.
4Ifyouwantdesktopuserstobeabletooverridethedisplayprotocolselection,
selectAllowuserstooverride
thedisplayprotocol.
Iftheoverrideoptionisselected,anadditionalmenuoptionappearsinthedesktop
selectionlistinViewClient,allowinguserstoselectadisplayprotocol.
