To set log levels using the View Manager Support Tool
1OnViewConnectionServer,clickStart,clickAllPrograms,andclickVMware.

To generate log files using the View Manager Support Tool
1OnViewConnectionServer,clickStart,clickAllProgramsandclickVMware.
2 SelectGenerateViewConnectionServerLogBundle.
Thesupporttoolcreatesafoldercalledvdm-sdctcontainingthegeneratedlogfiles,
andplacesitonthede
sktopofViewConnectionServer.

ViewClientandViewPortal,andViewManagerdesktopsrunningViewAgent.
To collect diagnostic information using the script
1OpenacommandpromptandchangetotheViewManagerprogramdirectory.
