Monitor Database Group and Database Statistics
Monitoring database statistics helps you to ensure that your databases run efficiently. You can use the statistics
to identify and troubleshoot problem areas, such as low resources, that might affect the ability to meet service
goals. You monitor database statistics by viewing resource use and performance data.
Data Director keeps statistics for database groups and for the databases in those groups. You must have View
properties and Monitor status permissions on the organization, database group, or database. With these
permissions you can monitor statistics, alarms, tasks and events, get reports, and view permissions.
