The catalog allows you to upload, copy, move, and edit the properties of media files.

Upload Media Files
You can upload media files that are saved locally or from remote shares.
You are at least a catalog author.
Prerequisites
The computer from which you are uploading must have Java Plug-in 1.6.0_10 or later installed.
Procedure
1 Click Catalogs.
2 On the Media tab, click the Upload button.
3 Type the media file path.
4 If you click Browse, select a local file or a mapped remote drive and click Open.
5 In the Upload Media dialog box, type the name of the media file.
This is the name that appears in Cloud Director.
6 In the Destination panel, type the name and description.
7 Select the destination vDC and catalog.
8 Click Upload.
The media files are uploaded to the specified location. You can click the Launch the Uploads and Downloads
Progress Window button to track the progress.
