Though not required to get started right away and create your first virtual machine,
Virtual Private Cloud OnDemand provides features to manage your public cloud environment, such as the
ability to create additional virtual data centers, configure additional networks and gateways, create and
manage central templates and catalogs, and set up role-based user access accounts.
