Theschemanamemustbethesameastheusername.Youmusthaveadefault
schemaassociatedwithyouruseraccount.
Youmusthavebulkinsertadministratorprivileges.
IfyouareusingWindowsauthentication,theSRMserveranddatabaseserver
mustrunonthesamehost.
IfSQLServerisinstalledlocally,youmightneedtodisabletheSharedMemory
networksettingonthedatabaseserver.
