Find a Workflow
If you have a large number of workows, you can lter them by a search keyword to nd a specic
workow.
Prerequisites
Verify that you have congured at least one Orchestrator server to work with the same Single Sign-On
instance to which both the vCenter Server and vSphere Web Client are pointing. You must also ensure that
Orchestrator is registered as a vCenter Server extension. You register Orchestrator as a vCenter Server
extension when you specify a user (by providing the user name and password), who has the privileges to
manage vCenter Server extensions. For more information, see Installing and Conguring
VMware vRealize Orchestrator.
Procedure
1 In the object navigator, click vRealize Orchestrator.
2 Click .
3 In the Filter text box, type a search term or the name of the workow that you are searching for.
A list displays the workows that contain the search term in the workow name or description.
Scheduling Workflows
You can create tasks to schedule workows, edit scheduled tasks, suspend scheduled tasks, and resume
suspended scheduled tasks.
Schedule a Workflow
You can schedule a workow to run at a specied time. You can also set the recurrence for a scheduled
workow.
Prerequisites

2 Under Inventory Lists click .
3 Right-click the workow that you want to schedule and select Schedule a .
4 Provide the required workow parameters.
5 Click Start/Schedule.
6 In the Task name text box, type the name of the scheduled task.
7 (Optional) In the Description text box, type a description of the scheduled task.
