View Workflows that Are Waiting for User Interaction
You can view the workows that are waiting for a user interaction.
Prerequisites
Verify that you have congured at least one Orchestrator server to work with the same Single Sign-On
instance to which both the vCenter Server and vSphere Web Client are pointing. You must also ensure that
Orchestrator is registered as a vCenter Server extension. You register Orchestrator as a vCenter Server
extension when you specify a user (by providing the user name and password), who has the privileges to
manage vCenter Server extensions. For more information, see Installing and Conguring
VMware vRealize Orchestrator.
Procedure
1 In the object navigator, click vRealize Orchestrator.
2 Under Inventory lists, click Waiting for interaction.
A list of workows that are waiting for a user interaction appears.
What to do next
You can provide values for the required parameters of workows that are waiting for a user interaction.
Searching for Workflows
You can browse for workows in the inventory of the Orchestrator server or lter the available workows
by a search keyword to nd a particular workow.
Browse the Inventory of the Orchestrator Server
You can view the available workows in the inventory of each connected Orchestrator server. You can
search for a particular type of workow by browsing the workow categories.

3 Double-click a vRealize Orchestrator server.
4 Click Categories.
5 Double-click Library.
N Library is the default main workow category. An Orchestrator server can have additional
custom workow categories.
