Change the Font for vCenter Server Heartbeat Console
YoucanchangethefontusedinthevCenterServerHeartbeatConsoleinterface.
To change the font of the interface
1 SelectFontSelectionfromthePreferencesmenu.TheFontSelectiondialogopens.
2IntheStylepane,scrolltoandclicktoselectafont.
3IntheSize:textbox,typeanewnumeric(point)sizeorusethearrow
buttonstochangethefontsize.
4ClickOK.Aconfirmationmessageappears.
5ClickYestoconfirmthechangesandrestartvCenterServerHeartbeattoapplythenewfontsettings.Click
Notorestartlater;thechangeswillbeappliedthenexttimevCenterServerHeartbeatConsoleisstarted.
Work with Groups and Pairs
ThissectiondescribeshowtousevCenterServerHeartbeatConsoletoworkwithGroups(addorremove)and
Pairs(add,edit,move,orremove),andtomanagetheUsernameandPasswordsettingsontheserversina

1OpenvCenterServerHeartbeatConsoleandclickAddGroupinthetoolbar,selectAddGroupfromthe
Filemenu,orright‐clickanexistinggroupinthenavigationpaneland
selectAddGroupformthemenu.
2TypethenameforthenewgroupintothetextboxandclickOK.Thenewlycreatedgroupappearsinthe
navigationpanelontheleftofthevCenterServerCenterHeartbeatwindow.
