Managing with Program Groups 7
Installing vCenter Operations Manager on Windows creates a vCenter Operations Manager program group
under the VMware program group on the All Programs menu.
The program group contains the following items:
Configure VMware
vCenter Operations
Manager
Interface to change vCenter Operations Manager configuration settings. You
can select either basic or advanced configuration.
Start all services
Starts all vCenter Operations Manager-related services on the server:

vcopsWebService
n
AnalyticsService
n
ActiveMQ
n
CollectorService
n
DTProcessorService, which runs only if Analytics Processor is installed
n
ReplicationServerService, which runs only on a vCenter Operations
Manager replication server
Stop all services
Stops all vCenter Operations Manager-related services.
Uninstall
Uninstalls vCenter Operations Manager. This process uninstalls the vCenter
Operations Manager server, vCenter Operations Manager collector, and
analytics that the vCenter Operations Manager installer installs—. This
process does not uninstall adapters or vCenter Operations Manager
components on remote servers.
