DHCPdoesnotworkwiththeLab Managerfencingtechnology,afeaturewhichallows
multipleuserstoworkwith
liveinstancesofthesamevirtualmachineconfigurationon
thesamenetwork.Fordetailsonfencing,seetheVMwareLab ManagerUser’sGuide.
TouseaconstantIPaddress,usethestaticIPpool.YoumustspecifyanIPrange,DNS
suffix,gateway,netmask,andDNSinformation.Lab Managerallowsyoutoadd
a
maximumof1024IPaddressesatatime.ThereisnolimitonthetotalnumberofIP
addressesyoucanadd.ThestaticIPpoolworkswiththefencingtechnology.
