Create a Workspace
EveryorganizationincludesaMainworkspace.Systemadministratorsandadministratorswithrightsatthe
organizationlevelcancreateadditionalworkspaces.Forexample,youcancreateintegration,testing,staging,
andproductionworkspacestomanageservicetransitionactivities.Whenyoucreateaworkspace,youcan
choosewhetheryouwanttoshareitsconfigurations
orkeepthemprivate.Inasharedworkspace,bydefault,
alltheusersinthatworkspacecanaccesstheconfigurations.Inaprivateworkspace,bydefault,userscanonly
accesstheirownconfigurations.
To create a workspace
1IntheOrganizationdropdownmenu,selecttheorganizationinwhichyouwanttocreateaworkspace.

theleftpane,clickWorkspace(s).
3ClickNewWorkspace.
4Typeaname.
5 (Optional)Typeadescription.
6ClickAddUsersandGroups.
7 SelectyoursearchoptionfromtheLookfordropdownmenu.
8TypeyoursearchtermsandclickSearch.
9 Selectthecheckboxnexttotheusersorgroupsyouwanttoadd.
10 ClickAddandOK.
11 Selectaroleforeachaddeduserandgroup.
12 Decidewhetheryouwanttheworkspacetobesharedorprivate.
13 SelectoneormoreresourcepoolsfromAvailableandmovethemtoResourcePoolsusedbythis
Workspace.
