Bydefault,onlysystemadministratorsandadminstratorswithrightsattheorganizationlevelcanaddor
removeresourcepools.
To add or remove the resource pools available to a workspace
1Intheleftpane,clickWorkspace(s).
2MovethepointerovertheorganizationnameandselectProperties.
3IntheResourcePoolspanel,clickEdit.
4 Selectaresourcepoolandclickanarrowto
addorremoveitfromtheworkspace.
5ClickOKandOK.
Lab Managermodifiestheresourcepoolsavailabletotheworkspace.
Disable a Workspace
Bydefault,onlysystemadministratorscanenableordisableworkspaces.Whenyoudisableaworkspace,all
ofitsusersbecomestranded.See“ManagingStrandedUsers”onpage 111formoreinformation.
To disable a workspace
1Intheleftpane,clickWorkspace(s).
2MovethepointerovertheworkspacenameandselectDisable.
3ClickOK.
Lab Managerdisablesthe
workspacefromtheorganization.Youcannowreassignstrandedusersandobjects
anddeleteaworkspace.
Delete a Workspace
Bydefault,onlysystemadministratorsandadministratorswithrightsattheorganizationlevelcandelete
workspaces.Beforeyoucandeleteanworkspace,youmustdisableitandreassigntheobjectsownedbyany
strandedusers.
To delete a workspace
1Intheleftpane,clickWorkspace(s).
2Movethepointerovertheworkspacenameandselect
Disable.
3ClickDeleteandOK.
