4ClickDeleteAllEmptyUserstodeleteuserswithnoobjects.

inanorganization.
To reassign the objects of a specific stranded user
1Intheleftpane,selectUsersandGroups.
2 SelecttheStrandedUserstab.
3MovethepointerovertheusernameandselectAssignResourcesToMe.
4Movethepointer
overtheusernameandselectDelete.
Managing Groups
GroupsandtheirusersaredefinedintheLDAP.LabManagersynchronizeswiththespecifiedLDAPserver
tomakesureitisuptodateonthecurrentusersandgroups.LabManagerdoesnotsupportnonLDAP
groups.
Remove a Group from an Organization
Whenyouremoveagroupfromanorganization,otherthanGlobal,thegroupisstillavailabletotheother
organizations.Removinggroupscanresultinstrandedusers.See“ManagingStrandedUsers”onpage 111.
To remove a group
1Intheleftpane,selectUsersandGroups.
2 SelecttheGroupstab.
3IntheOrganizationdropdownmenu,
selecttheorganizationfromwhichyouwanttoremovethegroup.
4MovethepointeroverthegroupnameandselectRemove.
5ClickOK.
Lab Managerremovesthegroupfromtheorganization.
Delete a Group from Lab Manager
Bydefault,onlyasystemadministratorcandeleteagroupfromLab Manager.Whenyoudeleteagroupfrom
Global,thegroupisnolongeravailableinLab Manager.
To delete a group from Lab Manager
