To share a network template with other users
1OntheNetworkTemplatespage,movethepointeroverthenetworktemplate
nameandchooseSharingfromthemenu.
TheSharingdialogboxdisplaystheusersandorganizationsthatcurrentlyhave
accesstothenetworktemplateandtheirlevelofaccesscontrol.
2ClickAddUsers.
3 Choosetheorganizationcontainingtheusers
withwhomyouwanttosharethe
networktemplateorchooseGlobaltoviewusersfromallorganizations.
4 Selectwhoyouwanttosharethenetworktemplatewith:
Everyonetosharethenetworktemplatewithallusersintheselected
organization.
SelectedUserstosharethenetworktemplatewithspecificusersinthe
selectedorganization.
Selectthecheckboxforeachuseryouwanttosharethenetworktemplate
with.
Whenyoushareanetworktemplatewithaspecificuserinanorganization,
theuseronlyhasaccessto thenetworktemplatein
thatorganization.Toshare
anetworktemplatewithauserinalltheorganizationstowhichtheuser
belongs,choosetheGlobalorganization.

Accessrightscombinewithauser’sexistingrightstodeterminehowtheusercan

networktemplate.Accessrightscannotprovideuserswith
rightsthattheydon’talreadyhavebasedontheirrole.
Ifyouaresharingthenetworktemplatewithusersinanorganizationotherthan
theoneinwhichthenetworktemplatewascreated,youcanonlygrantRead
access.Networktemplatescreated
intheGlobalorganizationcanonlybeshared
withReadaccess.
