Configuring LDAP Settings
YoucanconfigureLab Managertocreateandauthenticateusercredentialsagainstan
LDAPserver.Thissetupeasestheadministrationofusersinthesystem.Insteadof
manuallycreatingalltheuseraccounts,youenableanentirecompany(orsubset)of
usersbypointingtheinstallationtotheappropriateMicrosoftActiveDirectory
or
OpenLDAPserver.
Lab ManagerdoesnotsupporthierarchicaldomainsforLDAPauthentication.

Lab ManagerchecksthecredentialsoftheuseragainsttheLDAPdirectory.Ifthe
credentialsareaccepted,Lab Managercreatesanewuseraccountand
logstheuserinto
